Captain Isolde Bellrose Noble District Reserve — Elf A young elf by her people's standards and a noblewoman born and raised in Lestrait, Isolde serves as the reserve Captain for the Noble District. Unlike the more supremacist elves of some elven kingdoms, Isolde has a distinctly Lestraitian outlook and doesn't believe her ancestry makes her inherently superior to others. She is elegant, polite, and composed, but perfectly capable of standing her ground when necessary. She works closely with Liz, particularly when the 9th Company is deployed elsewhere, and the two have developed a close friendship.
