On a gravitation-defying island perpetually floating just underneath the lowest hanging clouds, the newly made marine captain chases an infamous Zoan fruit user and his all-Zoan crew to get back the treasures stolen from a particularly wealthy noble. The captain being said noble's favorite daughter is purely coincidental.
