With no doubts a MA-3 model made by Bill Jack Instruments Company, and in fact the standard unmodified MA-3s were THE helmets for the David Clark Co. MC-2s full-pressure suits as worn in 36 X-15 flights (not more, out of 199 flights). Almost all of them in 1959 - 60.
