Dvorianinov 10x54R. It was designed so the sabots would cling on the flechette and the once exiting the barrel they would stabilise the rod by spinning in opposite directions. Interestingly the AO has been described as a scaled down copy of a 100mm tank gun. Dvorianinov is also the man behind the modern 7.62x54R API/AP rounds
