Pricing

Limits count the files you keep on Lensdump, private files included. They don't reset each month. When you reach a limit, everything you've uploaded stays, but you can't add more of that kind until you're back under it or move to a bigger plan.

In India you pay in Indian rupees, and prices include 18% GST. Everywhere else you pay in US dollars. The currency follows where you connect from, and every payment comes with a tax invoice.

You pay through our payment partner, with the methods it supports, such as cards, UPI and e-mandates. Lensdump never receives or stores your full card number.

Yearly is priced at 12 times the monthly price and paid for 12 months at once. Offers sometimes take money off a year, and the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. A yearly plan renews once a year instead of every month.

Yes. You can move up to a bigger plan at any time from your Membership page: it starts straight away, and you pay only the difference for the rest of the period you've already paid for. Moving down isn't possible on a running membership, so cancel and choose the smaller plan once your current period ends.

Every membership renews automatically at the end of each month or year, at the price you agreed at checkout, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your Membership page. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep your plan until the end of the period you've already paid for.

You can still sign in and see your own files, but uploading and making new albums and tags stop, and your emblem is no longer shown. Signed-in members can still view your files on Lensdump, subject to your privacy settings, while visitors who aren't signed in, and links to your files on other sites, see a placeholder instead. Rejoining a plan brings its features back. Lensdump doesn't promise to keep the files of an account without a plan forever, and would email you first so you could download them.

Yes. In your billing details, choose “Buying for a business?” and add the business’s legal name and its tax ID (in India, its GSTIN, which is optional). Every payment comes with a tax invoice.

New accounts start with a paid plan, and the Free plan can't be chosen at sign-up. It is kept for accounts that existed before paid plans began and for accounts created by Lensdump. An account that has had a paid plan doesn't go back to Free when its membership ends.

Yes. Signed-in members can send a plan from their Membership page, paid once for a fixed time or renewing monthly or yearly. It can go to a username, an email address or a private link, and the person sees only the sender name you choose and your message. If it isn't accepted within 30 days, you get a full refund.

Payments aren't refundable for unused time, cancellations or upgrades. We may refund a mistaken charge, such as a duplicate payment, to the original payment method. If you pay at sign-up but don't finish creating your account within 30 minutes, the payment is refunded in full automatically.
