Make a SC entry in the style of Cloud Empire and one other Miraland nation. For example, you can do Cloud + North, Cloud + Apple, etc.
You are allowed to use items that are not categorized under Cloud or the other nation you chose, but the items must be of either nations' style. (E.g. If you chose Ruin as the other nation in addition to Cloud, you can use a Ruin-looking item that isn't listed under Ruin.)
