A witch is a practitioner of witchcraft, which as most commonly understood in both historical and present-day communities, is the use of alleged supernatural powers of magic (Wikipedia).
For this theme, you may create any sort of witch you like— from a wicked master of the dark arts boiling pots of curses and misfortune in a creepy lair, to one of the “witches” accused of and persecuted by medieval to early modern Europeans for casting malevolent curses, to a Harry Potteresque fantastical yet contemporary witch capable of enchanting people/objects with magical spells.
