It is time to plaster nikki with 1-4 heart items! Whatever item you use and how many doesn't matter as long as these non-nation marked items don't go above 4 hearts.
But wait there is another twist: you must also use one item from each nation so 7 in total no more!! These items can be 5-6 hearts but they can't be top/bottom/full-body outft or coat items!
Surrounding/background/ground items don't have to follow said rules at all so they can be whatever. Make-ups follow the rules like other items.
